1. ¿Qué es un adjetivo calificativo?

Un adjetivo calificativo (descriptive adjective) es una palabra que describe o califica a un sustantivo, indicando sus cualidades, características o propiedades.

En español: El coche rojo, una casa grande, un hombre alto.
En inglés: A red car, a big house, a tall man.

Función: Expresar cómo es algo o alguien.

2. Regla de oro: El adjetivo va ANTES del sustantivo

A diferencia del español, en inglés el adjetivo siempre va antes del sustantivo.

3. Los adjetivos NO cambian (sin género ni número)

En inglés, el adjetivo nunca cambia:

  • No tiene género (masculino/femenino)

  • No tiene número (singular/plural)

a) Antes del sustantivo (Atributivo)
